Please Read the following Rules & Regulations Carefully:
Important Rules:
1. All registrations will be done online, and participants must upload/submit all necessary information and documents (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Category).
2. By registering for the Tournament, the Participants hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct. Any willful dishonesty may render for refusal and rejection of this application for registration.
3. If your participation has been guaranteed, the payment link will be shared to the registered email ID or sms. The payment should be paid within 48 hours, otherwise, your spot will be cancelled.
4. Registrations will be confirmed only upon full payment on the entry fee. The registration fee is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
5. Category A (Male Only): At least 1 player should be from GCC country. Open to Nationals, Coaches & Professional Players
6. Category Open (Female Only): At least 1 player should be from GCC country. Open to Nationals, Coaches & Professional Players
7. Category B (Male): A team must include at least one Kuwaiti with Kuwaiti or Residence in Kuwait. The committee reserves the right to reallocate players to a different level based on their capabilities.
8. Category C (Male): A team must include at least one Kuwaiti with Kuwaiti or Residence in Kuwait, as long as they are beginners. The committee reserves the right to reallocate players or cancel the registration with the possibility of a refund.
9. Category Junior: A team must include at least one Kuwaiti with Kuwaiti, GCC, or Residence in Kuwait. It is open for all within the age mentioned in the registration.
10. Father & Child Category: Open for residents in Kuwait. The child (boy or girl) should be between 8 and 13 years old.
11. Category +40: Open for Kuwaitis and residents in Kuwait. Players should be 40 years and above (1984 years)
12. The committee reserves the right to reallocate players to a different level based on their capabilities.
13. Registrations will be confirmed only upon full payment of the entry fee. The registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
14. Once the schedule is shared, players are not allowed to replace a teammate; otherwise, the registration will be canceled.
